This restoration project of the entire 118-unit condominium complex required roof recladding, new siding, new windows, new doors, deck framing and new railings. A major challenge with this project was the location of the complex. Each building is set on a steep hill, requiring the construction of scaffolding and temporary platforms on the hillside to provide safe access for workers to complete the siding removal and installation and the new deck framing.
